Q. I have ordered my tickets by post - how long should it take for me to get them? A. Approximately 28 days, but it may take slightly longer at busy times (i.e. Just before the price changes). Generally, if your cheque has been cashed, your tickets will be with you in the next 7 -10 days	Q. Why is there a booking fee for online tickets A. We use outside ticket agencies for credit card sales. All extra fees go to them. WE provide this as a service for people who wish to pay by Card. If you do not wish to pay the fees, you can order from the PO Box, all it will cost above the ticket price is a Stamped Self Addressed Envelope	Q. Can I Come in a car? A. Yes you can. You will have to park in the car park just outside the main gate. Cost is £10 for the shows duration. No cars or vans are allowed on the main site, even to drop off your camping gear. This is for your security.
Q. What are the Show and Campsite opening hours?? A. Opening & closing time for both Campsite & show are as follows : Opens: 2 pm Thursday 10th August. Closes: 2pm Sunday 13th August. Once paid, you can come & go as you please	Q. Do you have Disabled Facilities: A. A dedicated camping area, run by disabled bikers, with adapted toilets are just some of the facilities available for disabled festival goers.	Q. Is there any Seating: A. There is limited seating in the bar. There is no seating to view bands.
Q. Do Children have to pay, and do you have childrens facilities??: A. Under 14's are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult who is responsible for them. Please note that there is no separate play area. All Under 16's MUST be accompanied a ticket holding adult who is responsible for them.	Q. What are the Band performance times? A.Performance Times: Friday 12th - Arena opens 12Noon Saturday 13th - Arena opens 12Noon Updated Band lists & times will be at the information kiosk Show programs will also be available at the information kiosk	Q. How do I get my wristband??: A.Take your ticket or cash to the gate as you arrive on site and once you have it you can go on and off site and into the campsite. But take care of your wristband -if you break it, stretch it or lose it you won't get another and bang goes your weekend! Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Q. Are fires or barbeques allowed? A. Barbeques are allowed, but Strictly no fires
Q. What are the Drag Strip Times? Strip opens at 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting) for Run What Ya Brung. Exhibition & Top Fuel Racers perform shows at regular intervals - check the program and information kiosk for more details	Q. Can I take Alchohol on to the site? A. No, we do not allow alchohol to be taken on to the site. There is an unlimited supply at the Bar. You will have to leave any alchohol you attempt to bring in at the gate.
Security Information
Q. How Safe Is my Bike ?? A. We have historically very low crime figures at the show. However, you should take the same precautions you would take anywhere else - don't leave the keys in your bike, lock it at all times.	Q. What about tent thefts ? A. Again, We have historically very low crime figures at the show, but occasionally we will have an incident. Do not leave valuables in your tent when away from it, & when asleep, keep you valuables hidden & not left in coat pockets. Keep & eye on your neighbours & get them to do the same for you. If you do see someone acting suspicious, contact security immediately.

Camping Gas Safety Info: Before coming to the show have your equipment serviced.	Do not light a barbeque close to a vehicle, or container of petrol	NEVER try to light a Barbeque using petrol (could anyone be that stupid??)
Make sure Barbeques, Stoves etc are extinguished before you leave them. Never leave them unattended whilst lit.	Never light a gas cooker or candle inside your tent.	Always store any spare canisters out of doors.
'Empty' canisters may not be completely empty. Give it a gentle shake and listen for liquid before removing it to check. When you have removed the canister, leave it (upright) outside in the open air for a little while to allow any excess gas to evaporate before throwing it away.	Never change gas cylinders inside your tent. Never attempt to refill the gas canister.	Never use a naked flame to search for a leak. Never hold gas cylinders upside down when changing.
Check the colour of the flame: If the flame is burning blue it's fine. If it's burning with an orange or yellow colour flame or is creating sooty stains on your stove you may have a problem with your stove. Don't use it.	If you smell gas or think you have a leak: turn off if possible. Evacuate the area and get help from a steward or on site fire team.	Never put a camping gas canister on a fire or try to heat it artificially. Not even when it is empty.
