Ariel 500 ohv single with optional single exhaust port (VH1). Specially bench-tested at time of manufacture. Steel flywheel, roller mains, high compression piston. Low level fishtail silencers by Armours, Bournemouth.

Standard. Cradle-type aviation quality brazed tubes with Acme stainless fasteners and stainless Ariel bits.

Steel taper tube girders, sidecheck springs, wheel built by Alan Brown, Bristol and lined by Bob Saunders, 7� internal expanding brake, rigid mounting �bars. 8� headlamp, panel lamp doubles as inspection lamp. Mudguard from Renovation Spares, tank repairs by Bob Saunders, Bristol.
