Getting ready for The Bulldog Bash? Whether it's your first trip to Long Marston Airfield or you're a seasoned regular, a bit of planning goes a long way. Here's our essential packing list to help you make the most of the UK's biggest custom motorcycle festival.

Camping Essentials

  • Tent (well pegged-down – the airfield can get windy!)
  • Sleeping bag rated for UK summer nights
  • Roll mat or airbed
  • Torch or head-torch with spare batteries
  • Camping chair and a small table
  • Bin bags for rubbish and wet gear

Riding & Weather Gear

  • Waterproofs – even in summer, British weather is unpredictable
  • Sturdy boots for walking around the site
  • Layers: it can be warm by day and cold at night
  • Sun cream and a hat for sunny spells
  • Earplugs for a good night's sleep near the main stage
