Getting ready for The Bulldog Bash? Whether it's your first trip to Long Marston Airfield or you're a seasoned regular, a bit of planning goes a long way. Here's our essential packing list to help you make the most of the UK's biggest custom motorcycle festival.
Camping Essentials
- Tent (well pegged-down – the airfield can get windy!)
- Sleeping bag rated for UK summer nights
- Roll mat or airbed
- Torch or head-torch with spare batteries
- Camping chair and a small table
- Bin bags for rubbish and wet gear
Riding & Weather Gear
- Waterproofs – even in summer, British weather is unpredictable
- Sturdy boots for walking around the site
- Layers: it can be warm by day and cold at night
- Sun cream and a hat for sunny spells
- Earplugs for a good night's sleep near the main stage
Festival Must-Haves
- Cash and cards (some traders are cash-only)
- Phone power bank
- Reusable water bottle
- Wet wipes and hand sanitiser
